The role Due to an exciting partnership opportunity, we have an exciting opening for a Operations Manager to join our team. You will be assigned a key role in the growth of our business. Solely responsible for the long-term development, growth and profitability. Developing, implementing, and continually improving operation strategies, procedures and policies to meet with company targets and goals. This is a very hands-on role, where you will be solely undertaking the ground works to not only develop existing but and implement and initiate new procedures and working practice. Responsibilities • Collaborate within partnerships for the development of the business. • Working closely with Directors and Management to achieve targets and goals. • Drive operational strategies to optimise and manage resource utilisation, minimise losses, implementing initiatives to reduce company costs, and increasing employee productivity. • Analyse efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and procedures, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
