Your system design

Our team designs a system around your roof and how you use electricity, then sends you a quote with the exact equipment listed.

Free home survey

A surveyor checks your roof, loft, electrics and access, and confirms where the battery will go. Anything extra, such as a roof repair, is itemised with its price before you agree to anything.

Installation

Scaffolding goes up the working day before and is included in your price. Our team then fits the panels, inverter and battery, commissions the system and notifies the grid operator for you. If anything unexpected is found once the roof is open, we stop and talk to you before doing any extra work.

Handover and aftercare

We walk you through the app, set your battery to charge around your tariff, and hand over your MCS certificate, electrical certificate, manuals and warranties. We also register you for export payments, so you are paid for the electricity you send back to the grid. After that, you have one number to call for anything you need.

Your price and your rights.

A fixed price means fixed.

Your written quote lists the equipment and one final price. It only changes if you change the specification, and any change is confirmed in writing before work starts.

14 days to change your mind.

Because your contract is agreed at home, you have a 14 day cancellation period. If you would like us to start sooner, just ask in writing and we will explain what that means.

Your cancellation rights, and the address to send a cancellation to, are set out in full in the contract documents you receive before anything is agreed. Nothing on this page replaces them.
